JACOB KOWAL LLC provides digital, non-physical, and service-based deliverables only.
No physical goods are sold or shipped. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
- NO AUTOMATIC REFUNDS
All services are one-time, project-based services, and are non-refundable once:
Work has started
Client data processing has begun
Deliverables have been partially or fully completed
- ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
Service was not initiated
Duplicate payment was made in error
Company is unable to fulfill the agreed service scope
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by JACOB KOWAL LLC.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Client dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes
Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete client-provided data
Change of mind after service confirmation
Partial or full completion of work
Delays caused by client response or missing information
- SERVICE REVISION INSTEAD OF REFUND
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
Reasonable corrections
Data adjustments within original service scope
Revisions to completed deliverables

- CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
Suspension of future services
Restriction from using Company services
Submission of service records as proof of delivery

If a refund is approved:
Processing time may take 5–10 business days
